Vision Network: Eye Care International

Eye Care International provides members with savings of 20 – 60% on the latest vision correction surgeries including LASIK.
All participating ophthalmologists are Board Certified or Board Eligible.
There are no restrictions or limitations.
Members one free eye exam from select participating ECI providers, however it is solely at the providers discretion whether or not they accept the coupon. If member escalation on this, send to Carina for resolution.
Prescriptions must be filled by the provider performing the exam if the provider dispenses glasses. \
The coupon is valid only if presented with member’s identification card.

You have the right to cancel your membership at anytime. If you cancel your membership within 30 days of the effective date, you will receive a full refund of all periodic charges. If program contains a processing fee, the processing fee is non-refundable except in AR, MD and TN. To cancel you must, verbally or in writing, notify Protective Marketing Enterprises, Inc. at the phone number or address above. We will stop collecting membership fees in a reasonable amount of time, but no later than 30 days after cancellation.
